Paul believes that the city must adopt a long-term strategy for economic development and job growth.
Paul believes improving community pride is a top priority.
The taxpayers of Philadelphia deserve first-class city services. As finance director for the Center City District, Paul played a central role working with the Rendell Administration to develop and deliver positive change to Philadelphia’s once struggling downtown area. Later, as executive director of the University City District, he made cleaner streets, better lighting, better security, and improved community pride his top priorities because when people take pride in their neighborhoods, everyone benefits. From trash pick-up to sealing vacant lots, sidewalk cleaning to leaf collection, parks, open spaces, and everything in between, Paul used his experience and his expertise to leverage city resources and deliver real results. As Councilman, Paul will ensure that everyone receives the best possible services from our city government, regardless of the neighborhood in which they live.
